TOLL MANUFACTURE, STORAGE AND WAREHOUSING SERVICE

Kerax offers a special manufacturing service to its customers.  Blends can be manufactured to the customers’ specification and supplied in the required form and packaging.

Kerax is the largest, dedicated wax works in the UK & Ireland, as such it comes with a wealth of equipment necessary to support our contract manufacturing, such as:- 

• 5,000 sq metres of production and warehouse space
• 600 tonnes of bulk liquid storage
• 3 Powder towers for spray cooling
• 3 Pastillator/Prilling machines
• 4 Slabbing presses of 1.2 capacity (each)
• Drum and keg filling line
• Automatice and robot controlled Form, Fill and Seal machine
